The B58's water-to-air charge cooling system uses a front-mounted heat exchanger to manage charge air temperatures. Under sustained boost — particularly on tuned applications — the factory heat exchanger becomes a thermal bottleneck.

Driving Experience
A water-to-air system hides its heat soak ceiling better than a traditional front-mount Intercooler, but it's still there — the coolant loop just runs out of capacity instead of the air.
