Checkout is settled in Australian Dollars and includes GST where applicable. Any NZD, USD or GBP price shown on the site is an approximate display conversion only. International orders are exclusive of duties and local taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.

All content, photography, product styling, copy and branding on vctrperformance.com is owned by VCTR or used under licence. No part may be reproduced, scraped or repurposed without written consent.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, VCTR excludes liability that is not reasonably foreseeable and is not caused by our breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
