SHIPPING & ETA

VCTR curates hardware directly from European performance brands and their distribution partners. Every order is released to its source channel, quality-checked and freighted to you. The numbers below are the windows we use internally — they're estimates, not guarantees, and we'd rather be transparent about that up front.

Updated November 2025

Indicative timing by stock status, shown on every product page and confirmed at checkout:

  • In Stock — dispatches within 1–2 business days
  • Transit time — typically 7–14 business days once dispatched
  • Estimated total delivery — most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed
  • Pre-Order — lead time shown on the product page; dispatches as soon as the supplier releases stock
  • Supplier Backorder — contact support for the latest ETA before ordering

Two windows, not one

Dispatch window is the time it takes to release the order from our supply channel. Transit window is the time it takes to reach you once it's on the move. We surface both so there's no grey area.

Orders are processed against our supplier network — authorised distributors and the original performance brand for each part. This is what allows VCTR to offer a curated catalogue of platform-correct hardware rather than a generic marketplace range.

All order status is delivered through the VCTR Track Your Order portal and automated status emails. Updates reference our internal stages — Processing, In Production (where applicable), Quality Check, Dispatched, In Transit, Arriving Soon and Delivered — so you always know which window you're in.

Replying to any status email reaches the same support team that owns your order.

Multi-item orders may be released in separate consignments as each item completes processing. Where this happens, updates are issued per consignment.

Freight networks, customs clearance, public holidays and supplier production cycles can shift a timeline. Where a meaningful delay occurs we'll contact you with a revised window — we don't sit on bad news.

Freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, internal packaging and the item itself.
