REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
This policy sits alongside your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Every return request is reviewed individually based on product condition, order status and any brand or supplier policy attached to that part. We won't overpromise an outcome we can't deliver — but we'll always be straight with you about what's possible.
All returns require prior approval. Contact us at sales@vctrperformance.com with your order number, photos and reason for return. If approved, an RMA number will be issued with instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items must be brand new, uninstalled and in original packaging to be considered for return. Any item mounted to a vehicle — even briefly — is considered used and is not eligible for return.
Once a return is approved and the item received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Afterpay refunds may have the applicable gateway fee deducted as these fees are non-recoverable.
We do not accept change of mind returns. Please ensure you have confirmed fitment and reviewed your order carefully before purchasing. Our team is available pre-purchase to help with any questions.
Once an order is in transit it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at sales@vctrperformance.com and we'll do our best to intercept it.

- Custom, paint-matched or personalised items
- Opened electrical components, sensors and wiring harnesses
- Sale items and gift cards
Inspect your order on arrival. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
