WARRANTY SUPPORT
Every part sold through VCTR carries the warranty issued by the original performance brand. We act as the customer's representative — you lodge the claim with us and we work it through our distribution channel on your behalf.
Updated November 2025
- Genuine manufacturing defects identified on inspection
- Faulty workmanship in materials supplied by the brand
- Functional failure under normal road use within the warranty period
- Misuse, racing, track use or competition damage
- Tuning-related damage, over-boost events or calibration faults
- Improper installation, incorrect torque or omitted hardware
- Modified, machined, cut or refinished products
- Normal wear and tear, consumables and service items
- Cosmetic marks, stone chips or environmental damage
- Freight damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery
Submit a warranty claim to sales@vctrperformance.com with the following:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Vehicle VIN and chassis details
- Clear photos and, where relevant, video of the defect
- Installation, tune and operating context
- Workshop installation records where applicable
Most claims require brand or supplier assessment before approval. Assessment timelines vary and may require the part to be returned for inspection.
Where a claim is approved, the remedy is at the brand's or VCTR's discretion and may be repair, replacement, credit or refund of the item value. Labour, freight, tuning, downtime and consequential costs are not covered.
Performance hardware must be installed by a qualified technician with the correct tooling. Any sign of incorrect torque, missing hardware, modified mounting or improper supporting modifications will void warranty cover on the affected part.
