Email sales@vctrperformance.com with your order number, vehicle details and a clear description of your question. For fitment queries, include your VIN and any relevant modifications.

02 — We review

Our team reviews your query against your order, vehicle and the relevant supplier or fitment data. Complex fitment questions may take slightly longer — we'd rather give you the right answer than a fast one.

03 — We respond

You'll receive a response within 1 business day Mon–Fri AEST. For warranty claims and special order queries, we'll outline next steps and expected timelines clearly.

Before you order

Confirm chassis, generation and regional spec against your VIN. Our team can verify fitment for any European or imported platform.

After delivery

Inspect freight within 48 hours. Performance hardware should be installed by a qualified technician with the correct tooling.

Warranty claims

Submit order number, VIN, photos and installation notes to sales@vctrperformance.com. Most claims require supplier assessment.
