The C8 RS6 and RS7 carry a capable factory Intercooler, but its thermal capacity becomes a limiting factor under sustained hard driving or on tuned applications with elevated boost. This Intercooler kit replaces the factory core with a larger, more efficient unit — providing better heat soak resistance and more consistent intake temperatures.

Engineering Focus
Designed for the EA825 4.0T biturbo in both RS6 C8 and RS7 C8. The kit includes an upgraded Intercooler core plus the associated charge piping — everything needed to replace the complete front Intercooler system.

Heat soak is the silent killer of repeated hard pulls — the first run feels great, the third feels flat, and the factory core is usually why. A larger core trades nothing for more raw cooling surface, and including the charge piping means this is a complete job, not a parts list you finish piecing together yourself.
