SPECIAL ORDERS
Anything in the VCTR catalogue that isn't marked In Stock is treated as a special order. Special orders are placed against our supplier network or built to spec, and they're governed by stricter terms than stocked items.

- Any item not flagged as In Stock at the time of purchase
- Pre-Order, Made-to-Order, Indent and Backorder items
- Items ordered in a non-stocked colour, finish or specification
- Custom carbon, paint-matched and personalised items
- Tuning files, custom maps and ECU products
Strict policy on special orders
Special-order items cannot be cancelled, changed or returned once the order is placed. Order only after fitment, finish and specification are confirmed.
This isn't us being awkward — once a special order is placed, our supply channel commits the unit to your order and we can't unwind that. Use the Part Finder, message support if you have any doubt, and order with confidence.
Published lead times are based on the latest information from our distribution partners. They're not guaranteed dispatch dates — manufacturer batch cycles and freight capacity can move them. We'll keep you updated through the order portal if anything shifts.
Where a deposit is taken on a long-lead build, the deposit secures your production slot and is non-refundable once allocated.
