Upgrade path
Where it fits.
Core Stage 2 hardware pathway. The first cooling pass commonly completed before custom calibration.
Cooling/Ingredient-level
Front-mount, bar-and-plate, low-density — the single biggest heat-soak fix in any hardware pathway.
What intercoolers do
The intercooler decides whether a hardware-pathway car holds power on the second pull or falls off a cliff. OEM units are sized for the OEM map — once the Stage 1 or Stage 2 hardware pathway is in and external calibration is added, heat-soak becomes the limit. VCTR's curated front-mount intercooler packages use bar-and-plate or low-density tube-and-fin cores sized for sustained back-to-back pulls.
